Impeccability of Christ

The impeccability of Christ refers to the doctrine that Christ did not sin during the incarnation. He remained free from all three categories of sin in the human race: inherent sin (He had no sin nature); imputed sin; and personal sin (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15). The impeccability of Christ relates to the Hypostatic Union. See term “Hypostatic Union.”

Idolatry

Idolatry is the worship of anything or anyone besides God. Giving anyone or anything a higher priority in one’s life – putting God second to self is a form of idolatry (Reference Exodus 20:2-5; 22:20; Deuteronomy 4:15-19; 5:7-9). Idolatry of any kind is forbidden for the believer.

Tartarus, the prison for the Nephilim until…

Godliness

Godliness means we are imitators of Christ, and God produces the “Fruit of the Holy Spirit” in us and through us. We call this being in “fellowship” as in dining with the Lord as we would dine with family or friends; we sit at the table and eat and fellowship with one another (Reference Revelation 3:20). “Behold I stand at…
