“I Am that I Am”
Jehovah Elohim (Lord God) emphatically declared His Deity and authority “I am that I am” (Exodus 3:14). Then Messiah (Jesus the Christ, the Son of God), in the Gospel of John and Revelation, declared the same essence of Deity.
“I AM the Bread of Life” (John 6:35).
“I AM the Light of the world” (John 8:12; 9:5).
“Before Abraham was, I AM” (John 8:58).
“I AM the Door of the sheep” (John 10:7, 9).
“I AM the Good Shepherd” (John 10:11, 14).
“I AM the Christ” (John 10:24, 25).
“I AM the SON of GOD” (John 10:36).
“I AM the Resurrection and the Life” (John 11:25, 26).
“I AM Lord and Master“(John 13:13, 14).
“I AM in the Father“(John 14:10, 11, 20).
“I AM the True Vine” (John 15:1, 5).
“I AM A King” (John 18: 35, 36, 37). “My Kingdom is not of this world,”
In the Book of Revelation Christ said:
“I AM The Alpha and The Omega, – The Almighty” (Revelation 1:8, 11).
“I AM the First and the Last” (Revelation 1:17).
“I AM He that lives, and became dead, and behold, I AM alive forevermore” (Revelation 1:18).
“I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the Last” (Revelation 22:16).
“I AM the Root and Off-spring of David, and the bright and morning star” (Revelation 22:13).
To Him Be Glory
“In Christ are hid all the treasures of knowledge” (Colossians 2:3). “Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable (past finding out) His ways! For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory, forever and ever.” Amen. (Romans 11:33, 36).
The very grandeur of creation displays the omniscience of God (Psalms 19:1). “For the invisible things of GOD (The Great I AM) from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the visible things that are made [created], even His Eternal Power [omnipotence] and Godhead [nature]; so that they (unbelievers) are without excuse” (Romans 1:20). This verse expresses the eternal power of the divine essence of the Godhead of God — the Trinity of God.

“By faith we understand that the worlds were formed by the Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible” (Hebrews 11:1,3).
“For in Him (Christ) we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28 a). “The heavens declare (demonstrate) the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork” (Psalms 19:1).
I AM is the transcendent Creator, whose “IS-ness” has always been and always will be. Time is a creation of God for executing His Grace Plan in human history and defeating Satan at the end of His Grace Plan; God Himself is outside of time.
