An invisible wall, insurmountable, that literally separates imperfect mankind from PERFECT GOD. This barrier prevents man from having a relationship with God.
Six bricks comprise this barrier:
1). MAN’S POSITION IN ADAM
2). SIN
3). THE PENALTY OF SIN
4). PHYSICAL BIRTH
5). MAN’S RELATIVE RIGHTEOUSNESS
6). THE PERFECT CHARACTER OF GOD
This barrier is removed by the atoning work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
