Thoughts to Ponder in Your Walk with the Lord (Part Sixty-Nine)

READ, LINGER, PROCESS…

The original writers of Scripture used exact words to reveal God’s truths. Their Holy Spirit-inspired words contain the richest intent of truth, and our utmost skill is required to preserve God’s truths.

The original Holy Writ, the God-breathed words, contain God’s original intent. Satan has focused his energies to proliferate an excess of liberating translations evident by the many new versions of the Bible. In some cases, adherence to original manuscripts has been overlooked so that today we have a watering down of the truth – a “social twisting.” Just as the serpent beguiled the woman, he now beguiles modern-day translators that forsake original truth. Scripture must be proven by Scripture.

May one say that “human independence from God is at the center of humanity’s separation from God?” Yes! “Independence from” means separation from, and we must be reconciled to God by faith in the cross-work of Christ. Faith restores.

Spiritual truth gives us spiritual viewpoint, which transforms our objectives and our society.

Each category of Scripture is like a template and when placed one over the other gives us a transparent view of God’s plan, synchronizing our perception and transforming us to God’s own image in Christ. Learning categorically, we are able to master the true meaning of Scripture, which grows us to spiritual maturity. Scripture arms us for daily battles through Fields of Grace. The overall purpose of Scripture is to orient the believer into total adjustment to his God and Savior. The “seven circles of faith” are based on the bullseye – Christ.

Pride and lust burn the soul, causing scar tissue; the vapors of maddening incense choke the mind and harden the heart.

Dominion and power lusts, when teamed with greed, will eventually take evil to unimaginable extremes that lead to destruction.

All words derive from breath. Breath is the beginning of life. “Breathed” as in non-phonated; voiceless as in creation, as in God’s thinking – God’s Word; life from God’s mind – the Mind of Christ. Breathing is life-giving – the exhale of God, the inhale of creation. Beautiful is God.
