Thoughts to Ponder in Your Walk with the Lord
READ, LINGER, PROCESS…
Throughout history, the invisible kingdom has called millions of believers to suffer for it.
We have much to learn from the Holy Spirit. Notice from the Life of Christ that He loved freedom—He died for freedom. As you study Christ’s life, notice He was compelled to save all mankind. He never tried to heal the whole world, but only those who would be healed. Jesus demonstrated the highest respect for human volition (choice).
When Jesus came, He emphasized the Father’s essence of Holiness, Mercy, Love and Forgiveness. Christ rejected legalism—religious rituals without reality. Christ opened the veil to God for all who will come to the Father through Him. Christ propitiated the Father’s perfect character-demands.
Learn God. God is fascinating. God is a trinity of one.
As God, Jesus created all of creation. As God’s Son, Jesus redeemed humanity. Jesus holds creation together.
The law is the foundation which Christ fulfilled so man could stand on Christ, in Christ.
The Old Testament is the background for preparation for Messiah’s coming—it gives all the necessary ingredients, predictions, and descriptions for recognizing Him.
There is so much more—endlessly. Keep learning God—Jesus Christ the Lord.
Wisdom shouts her call
Understanding puts forth her voice
In the high places and the low along the paths and meeting places
at the gates of the towns and cities
at the entrance to the open door.
In the doorway of understanding she crieth aloud.
Does anyone listen?
Are there any that care?
Where are the sons of men?
The simple and the fool have not a place to hide. Why even try?
Hearken to my lips of righteousness
Listen to my words of truth.
Uprightness to those who seek knowledge.
Receive my instruction more than silver
my knowledge more than gold.
I am understanding
I have power
I was before the beginning
I am after the end.
Find me and find life
Hate me and love death.
My pillars are seven,
my Tabernacle is heaven.
Freely I give to the sons of men,
freely they receive, freely they reject.
Excerpts from Proverbs arranged and rewritten by C. S. Craig
Stay, my love—never let us part. Rise not with the sun—let us never part. We two are made one—one can never part.
We cannot live without love. Hell is without love, without light, without God. A terrible way to exist and not die—God forbid.
Humanity drinks the water of iniquity… always thirsty.
Guilt causes the mouth to condemn itself. The origin of our becoming is from the beginning of nothing, whose creator is God.
