Thought to Ponder in Your Walk with the Lord (Part Ninety-Two)

READ, PROCESS, LINGER…

One must know the difference between what God said… and what the clergy say He said.

If I had a DE-vice (or anti-vice) it would be true, beautiful, and good, but I, like everyone else, have a vice that is deceitful, ugly, and evil. If I have a Savior, it is Christ. If I have righteousness, it is Christ’s.

Christians try to orient to God through His love instead of His justice. Believers feel they must do something to deserve God’s love. This creates a premise of superficiality, even hypocrisy. They lock themselves in the bondage of comfortable falsehood, isolated from the truths of Bible doctrine. God evaluates the believer on the basis of doctrine in the soul.
