‘Pseudo’ means false or counterfeit, and refers to man’s system of rules and rituals and/or Satan’s system called ‘religion.’ Religion is defined as Satan’s ace trump whereby man believes that man’s way to God is being good, earning his own salvation by his own merit — his own good deeds, being a good person, etc.
All religions require man to work or earn salvation. Only in Christianity will you find a God that does all the work for Salvation and all the work for living the Christian life (Reference The Filling of the Holy Spirit).
Be sure you learn the full meaning of the Cross of Christ — Christ died for you! Christ took your punishment for all your sins — past, present and future (Romans 5:8). “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.” (Acts 16:31)
