Christianity is not a religion. Organized religion is man attempting to please God enough to be accepted by his own efforts. Christianity is a relationship to God through His Son Jesus Christ who accomplished all the necessary works for our salvation (restoration to God) by His spiritual life and death. His spiritual death in our place on the Cross (Romans 5:8; John 3:16; 5:24, 39-41). The believer is spiritually related to God as a child of God (John 1:12). Amen.
