The things we cherish, which the government cannot provide, come via the individual, with each of us doing our part by being responsible and productive citizens.


Disintegration of American jurisprudence; our liberties are being eroded in increments. Compromise is a sell-out.


There are unseen spiritual battles between the forces of God and Satan. If God were to open our spiritual eyes, we would see the sky full of horses and chariots—angels and demons with swords of light and fire doing battle (2 Kings 2:11; 6:15-17). Were we to see it, we would likely die of terror.


Remain calm and let the Lord fight the battle (Exodus 14:14).


Someone once said, “Worry is a fast getaway on a stationary wooden horse.”


Have self-reliance, self-dependence, self-discipline… or self-destruct.


In the pursuit of truth, one finds genuine gratification by defining it, defending it, and living in it with integrity. Truth gives peace to the soul. Peace and truth be with you, now and forever.


Fellowship with God comes in many forms—through the naming of sins, Bible doctrine, prayer, church, and fellowship with other believers.


Life is a mirror—memory is a reflection.


The only unpardonable sin is disbelief in the perfect, finished work of Christ on the cross on behalf of humanity.


Revenge could make you the executor of your own ruin.


In general, children are lazy today because they have been raised in idleness. Young people want a paycheck but don’t want to work for it, and that is because they got their allowance (or everything handed to them) without working for it. The world owes them a lavish living.


People must take thought during the days of abundance and put away for the days of need.


My most radiant garment is of my Savior’s weaving and it covers my soul. My warmest garment was woven by my mother and it covers my heart. I shall wear them forever.


Do not interpret kindness as weakness, for kindness is a manifestation of inner strength, inner peace, and inner beauty.


I have only human words to express God, love, beauty, and wisdom. Therefore, they are inexpressible.


Knowledge is life’s endeavor, understanding is its reward. Wisdom is the hilt of a double-edged sword.


God’s Word fills us with His wisdom, His truth, His absoluteness. It renews our mind, refreshes our soul, and nourishes our spirit.


God’s Word raises our thoughts to the heights of His truth as he opens his storehouses of knowledge.


Vanity is a physical accomplice to a distorted thought.
