Down through the ages
On all of history’s pages
The story that still amazes
Is that Christ died to save us
God inspires from Heaven above
Silent words of Justice and Love
So very compelling is the story
Of the Cross of Christ and His Seat in Glory
Writing for the Lord I seek not fame
Only, to spread the Gospel in Jesus’ Name
What greater calling could there be
