Edification means instruction in righteousness, the “building up” as in the erection of a structure – to build a storehouse of Bible doctrine in the soul. The foundation of this edification structure is the Word of God and the Cornerstone is Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:20-22). We sometimes refer to this as your own, private Grace Place.
