Thoughts To Ponder In Your Walk With The Lord (Part Thirty-Four)

Christ became our nature (human), that we might partake of His divine nature.

Christ was and is full of grace and truth – the two great things that fallen man stands in need of. He was full of grace, and therefore qualified to intercede for us; and full of truth, therefore fit to teach us. Christ had fullness of knowledge and a fullness of compassion.

All the ministers of Christ must prefer Him and His interest before themselves and their own interests.

We are but of yesterday. Christ is of eternity.

Christ is to be our Master (yes, Master), we are to be His messengers, His ambassadors, His witnesses, His ministers, ministering to a lost and dying world.

Morality is imperative to our relationships with God and with each other.

Christ’s sacrifice opened the door (removed the veil) that separated God from man – God is now (since the propitiation) available to all who will call upon the name of the Lord.

Unbelievers are spiritually dead in sin, but believers are spiritually alive in Christ.

Adam’s sin brought certain results, as did the death of Christ.

Grace cannot be exploited. You cannot take advantage of God.

Dethrone sin. Dethrone self.

What are your idols?
