POINTS OF TRUTH
“Invisible God becomes more and more visible by the accurate teaching ministry of the local church.”
God the Holy Spirit illuminates God’s Truths in the believer, for the believer, and these truths become self-evident in the details of the believer’s life-walk of faith.
The skeptic by choice (without faith in Christ) cannot see the illumination of Scripture, therefore they remain in darkness because of doubt and disbelief.
The Holy Scriptures are the verbal-plenary inspiration of God (God-breathed). God provided and preserves His Word so that we may know God, personally, and know the Divine Will (purpose and plan for our lives).
The Bible proclaims Messiah — Jesus Christ, as the only means for appropriating eternal salvation! Salvation has been provided by Messiah — Jesus Christ. Believe in Him! (See John 3:14-18; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Acts 16:31; Romans 5:8.)
The Bible, in the original autograph of the sixty-six (66) canonical booklets, is infallible and inerrant.
THE BIBLE IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY FOR TRUTH
The Bible is the final authority for Truth and executing the Christian Life (Psalms 119:89; Proverbs 30: 5-6; Matthew 5:18; John 10:35; 16:12, 13; II Timothy 3:16, 17; II Peter 1:20, 21).
The Bible is “the Council of God” (Jeremiah 23:18); “the Mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16). Therefore, in Scripture we are commanded to “Study the Word of Truth” (1 Timothy 2:4-6; 2 Timothy 1:9; 2:1 & 15; 3:14-17; Titus 2:11-14; Hebrews 1:10; 3:18-19; 11:1-3; 12:1-3).
The term “Bible Doctrine” as used by this ministry, refers to the body of truth extracted from a literal interpretation of the Scriptures in light of the historical culture in the context. Bible Doctrine is the believer’s spiritual food — nourishment for the soul and spirit. The importance of Bible Doctrine cannot be over-stressed (Psalms 138:2). God commands the believer to be “transformed” by the renewal of the mind — learning and applying Bible doctrine to the details of life (Romans 12:2; 2 Corinthians 4:16; Ephesians 4:23).
“For whatever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope” (Romans 15:4).
Oh, what glorious hope we have In Christ, our Lord.
We must persevere like Paul: “I press on toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14). There is no higher calling than God’s call to believe and serve His Son.
We, too, must press on (2 Timothy 4:7). Keep the faith until we hear the call to come up hither — come home thou faithful servant.
